Harbour View retained the 2009/2010 JFF U21 title following a 5-1 whipping of Arnett Gardens at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex on Friday April 30.

The KSAFA affiliate who were winning the U21 title for the third consecutive year, ended on 75 points, two ahead of Waterhouse on 73 and Tivoli Gardens with 72.Portmorefihished fourth on 71 points and remained the most successful team with five wins followed by Harbour View with three.
