“Sons and daughters of Africa, I say
to you arise, take on the toga of race pride, and throw off the
brand of ignominy(disgrace) which has kept you back for so many
centuries. Dash asunder (away) the petty prejudices within your own
fold; set at defiance the scornful designation of “nigger” uttered
even by yourselves…”

You
will lose everything in this World of you don’t go after it
yourself. Anything that you want you must get it out of your mind.
That is why God made you with a mind in addition to two hands and
two feet.

AMBITION is
the desire to go forward and improve one’s condition. It is a
burning flame that lights up the life of the individual and makes
him see himself in another state. To be ambitious is to be great in
mind and soul. To want that which is worthwhile and strive for it.
To go on without looking back, reaching to that which gives
satisfaction.
